Have not weighted myself since 8/23. Went rogue. Tired of denying myself my pasta ( Barilla or Dream Fields) Even though weighed the pasta blew my carbs up !! One positive did not buy my other weakness potato chips. My RDI remained generally below 1200 since I’ve joined the Turkey Challenge decided better straighten up and finally lose my goal of 24lbs.
