thanksgiving
uhm. well..mixed reviews for today...i ate decent...1 cup brussels sprouts. 2 oz turkey. celery,cauliflower,cucumber as appetizer.tea and water. not much to say...well ill burn it off tomorrow.

Not a thing wrong with any of that! :) Hold your head high and feel GREAT! You can't go wrong with lean protein and good veggies!
