I'm officially going to take a break from FatSecret. I'm in no way giving up on eating right it's just that what I'm doing isn't shaking the scales. I'm maintaining...and I'm okay with that. I'll continue to watch my portions, use LAWL plan and keep going. I'll be back probably the first of the year.
