I am doing so-so because I have been eating so much food at the fast food restaurants and I have spent so much money on fast food that I could have saved a good amount of money and bought some grocery items at Publix that would go perfect with my Weight Watchers dot com member-ship. So I have been wasting my money, I haven't been exercising and did not even take my dog for a walk the whole time he was with me this past weekend and I am just so royally messing up that I can't stand myself. I have gained weight on this program but on other programs that are more updated show that I have actually lost weight down from 240, rather than going up from 235, so it has not really changed very much in my weight. The only thing is can I be able to not go to the fast food restaurants on every whim and can I control myself when it comes to not feeling like going grocery shopping and I don't feel like cooking. I can see the process of my watching my own actions and I am not just going to eat out without thinking it through first.
