So far had them plain, with cashew butter, dairy free spread and honey. Will need to do shopping trip to try out some of your suggestions 😋

My late grandmother ate half a grapefruit for breakfast every day, for her skin she said. And right enough, she didn't have a wrinkle and kept her natural auburn hair until the very end.
