please excuse all the typos. I use talk to text and they spell it however they want and then they change it up and use autocorrect on what I say, which is never correct, just like now. lol.

I have a question??? How do I get a blue line? I always get that short little red line? I've lost over one-half my goal. And it stays red. How does everybody else get a blue line?

2.5 dry pancakes no syrup equals 220 calories. One fried egg equals 100 and 10 calories. I keep my calories under 900 a day. For lunch I had a salad with about 2 oz tuna on one fourth cup of mixed greens, three small slices of cucumber, and two slices of tomato. That was lunch. Now I'm waiting for dinner of 1/2 cup of gluten free pasta and 1/4 cup pasta sauce with a salad on the side. I just keep it under 900 calories and my deficit is so low I lose Wanda 2 pounds a week

I lose 1 - 2 pounds a week. I used to stay Keto so now I have the understanding of what that's about. I'm just taking a little break from that right now and trying to just eat food and maintain. I was in the hospital for 8 days with surgery and an infection, and I got very weak, so I'm trying now to not lose so much so quick and trying to get my strength back while I'm recovering.

The colors on the weight lines are about how close to your goal you are when you weigh in - red is the beginning yellow is about halfway, green is about 75% to goal and blue is very close to goal and then maintenance.

It looks like you line is green because you are close - probably should be blue. You might want to weight in and refresh to be sure it registers correctly.

gonenshafry, I was not eating in the dark. My husband and I sat at a table outside and there was a shadow. Not easy for me to take pictures my friend.😁❤🏋️‍♂️
