So since I put on the extra weight... I noticed that I couldn't stay standing for long periods of time because my legs and back took strain...and especially when doing the dishes my back would eventually start paining and I would literally lean on the sink while doing dishes! I think the big belly has something to do with it. And then... This afternoon I realized I was more comfortable on my feet for longer... And this evening... I just finished doing the dishes... And it dawned on me that my back was fine and not once did I need to lean on the sink! This makes me happy! 😁
