So I haven't been good. I haven't exercise because of my back pain, and this weekend I didn't eat properly because I was celebrating my anniversary with my hubby and didn't care about diets and exercise.
As a result, I gained weight.
*sigh*
But it's time to get back in track. Right now I'm having my breakfast burritos: whole wheat tortilla + egg whites + a bit of turkey sausage + a bit of veggies, with a coffee.

Today I'll go to the gym and exercise as much as I can, but carefully.

I hope I can lose at least 500gr until sunday weight-in!!

Happy anniversary Ponky!! I hope you had a good time!! I didn't care on my birthday either, and I just went back to my healthy eating the day after. I hope you do take it easy, as I would hate to see you get hurt again. Take it easy!! I'm glad to see you are getting back on track!
