I could only eat half of the sandwich and I took all the ham off. That was a huge sandwich to try and get down. Very tasty. A chaffle is a waffle made with egg and mozzarella cheese. Typically made in a waffle iron only my husband decided to fry the egg and use it as bread. it turned out pretty good.
