Again I haven't been good about recording my food intake. Also I am having more trouble being motivated to work out. Not good. Sometimes I am too embarrassed to record my weight because a)it doesn't accurately represent what's going on. (Usually I don't remember to weigh in at the same time or to weigh in before I eat in the morning.) The other reason, b) I get really frustrated
