I've been eating ridiculous amounts of fruits and vegetables.
Although my weight chart doesn't show me ever gaining weight back, I did,
and in the past ten days I've lost 6.4 lbs by eating tons of fruits and veggies. I feel great!
62.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week

I've been doing the same and dropped 2.4lbs in a week. I was really surprised. Sticking with this method! Haha.
