Haven't even been on site - really depressed about no progress. Trying so hard - but keep going up and down. Had a granola bar - didn't realize the amount of net carbs in it until after I finished it. Ugh - not worth it. That'll be the last one of those I have - didn't even tast good. Another weekend to add to my woes.

Are you tracking all your food honestly? Even on Atkins you can gain or stay the same if you eat more than you are burning off. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you following the plan as written or are you adding cheats in here and there? It can effect the scale. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Are you being active? If you are able, activity can get the scale moving again. You might just need to renew you motivation. Find some new low carb recipes. There are tons of sites. Take a new exercise class. Make a small home gym with a workout dvd, a mat and some light hand weights. There are tons on amazon.com or collagevideo.com You can do it! Dig your heals in and get re-motivated.
