Canned tuna + sriracha mayo + egg + celery stick = I was sooo hesitant about this recipe but honestly WOW . Very interesting and tasty with a kick. I opened the last kilo of rose harissa olives and seriously this is a must try! I can drop the recipe

I call them spicy tuna cakes. Here is what I used:
• drained can of tuna
• chopped celery stik
• 30g of sriracha mayo
• egg
• cayenne pepper
• salt
• 30g defatted almond flour
• tsp psyllium husk
Mixed it all, formed 4 patties, 10 min in the oven at 180C
