Today is day 3 in row of getting up and working out. hoping to make this a habit again of 5 days a week, six would be better. Monday I did 45 min of the Core Syn. on p90x and tuesday 45 min 0f kenpo x. eck both days I hit the snooze so wasn't able to do the whole tape but 45 min is better than none at all. Today baby woke up at 340 so I brought her in bed with me and then reset the alarm to button two so I got on the eliptical with plans to do 20 min and then kept going to 30 so had less time to get ready but worth it. I am not going to stress about it, just need to get in something. Kind of feel like getting on the threadmill and running a mile tonight but we'll have to see how I feel. Last night I was just exhausted and fell asleep at 930 after I got the kids down. Eatting is going ok too, not sure the about the hamburger but at least i made it myself and used wheat bread instead of a bun. I need to grocery shop so kids and i are eatting whats in the house. oh and we had mashed potatoes instead of fries so feel good about that choice.
