I do not even want to think about what I ate yesterday. It was a lot. None of it low carb. I couldn't finish most of what I got though. I also had to take a nap since carbs made me tired. I had one drink with dinner and wow I was a little tipsy from just the one. I am still bloated from yesterday but I'm fasting now and will be back on track later this week. I didn't even do my GKI today. (I only do the keto-mojo meter while fasting or a new food is added. Dang strips are expensive) The scary part is that before keto I could have eaten everything I ate yesterday and most likely quite a bit more. Last night we even had to wait 3 hours before birthday cheesecake since all of us were too full. We all have reduced our portion sizes and try to eat healthier now.
The best part about yesterday was celebrating my little boy's birthday. I can't believe he's 19 now. To me he will always be my little baby. In one month he will be leaving us to join the Navy. That will not be a good day for me. I love him and want the best for him and I truly believe this is it but still he's my baby.

Finally measured ketones and glucose and my GKI is 3.5. So not too bad and back/still in ketosis. (Ketones 1.4)
