Gained some grams after one day eating on three restaurants for three events loool...I think i ate 4000 kcals? loooool

Back to 1300 kcals again ;)

It's hard to resist some good restaurant foods. Don't worry about the slight gain. Just get back on a healthy eating program, and the grams will come off again.
