I weigh in 1 time in a week is it a good idea or do I need to increase too 2 times a week.

It doesn’t really matter I’ve done every day and once a week or even every 2 weeks but I do believe it is easier to keep control The more often you do At the moment I weigh myself everyday but only log it once a week
