Started new Diet today....Counting Calories. South Beach not working for weight loss. Stayed on Phase I two weeks only lost 2 lbs Taking insulin, wonder if it is working gainst me. Will see if this works. Lost 27 lbs last year counting calories, but of course stopped counting and started gaining. Back where I s
