Starting to feel more in control of my cravings which i have been working on. I know that if I eat when I am truly hungry, I won't have a weight problem. If i continue to eat, because of boredom, stress, sights/smells of foods, etc then I will eventually put on the lbs. that I have worked so hard to loose. As with any addiction, it's best to learn to control it emotionally rather than ignore it and sweep it under the rug, or by crash dieting. I want to change my way of thinking and reacting to food cravings by eating only when I'm hungry. It's only FOOD...there's more to life!
