Well fell off the wagon again..Grrr. Too much has been happening in the past couple of weeks. Mom was in the hospital...helping peepz cope with some stuff...work has been extremely busy - almost to the point that i am not liking my position after all these years - and i am thinking of moving on. I am ok at my weight...sure i want to get to my goal however its not do or die...I eat pretty eating healthy but my committment to six days of workout is where i failed...well time to back on that horse...my mom is doing ok still not out of the woods but better...so now i can get my butt back on track!
