Down to 234 today...might be because I threw my dinner up last night?? I made fresh asparagus and it tasted great, but 45 mins after dinner I did my 8 mins abs. Not sure if the asparagus was bad or I just didn't wait long enough to do my ab workout. We shall see tonight...I"m going to eat the rest of the asparagus for dinner and not do my ab work out. If I get sick then it was the food. I hope I don't though...it sucks to throw up :( I only intake 500 cals a day..I need all the food I can get.

Finally started cleaning and organizing my room. I haven't lived here in two years and stuff was dusty. Plus I am still unpacking my stuff from Egypt...I can't believe how much stuff I had over there!! I think I"m about done, just need to organize my two bookcase and through out old papers and I'm good to go for a bit. Scrubbed the floors with pinesol and it smells so good. Clean always makes me feel better :)
