Broke my 16/8 fast. Hopefully not due to cooler weather. But I was starving !! Continue to keep carbs below 10%. or right at 10% max. Dropped my cal intake to 1000 which appears to be working in my favor but never seem to get fats up and protein lower. Takes forever to adjust daily meal plan to stay within sugg percentages. So frustrating !!
