I'm literally to scared to get onto the scale. It's been almost week since that horrible shock. I hate eating now. I've stopped my antidepressants immediately. I know a lot of you would say I shouldn't (because blah blah blah - this ain't my first rodeo with that dreaded medication), but I've been here before. Nothing is going to happen except for the urge to continuously stuff my face with food that goes away.
