Hello buddies,

I am having three events tomorrow, and gonna be out home all the time with friends and family. Gonna go to three restaurants, theatre, and games land. So, it gonna be VERY busy day, but enjoying it. I always miss these events because it is only once a year of my life. I USED to be ALONE.

Anyway, i did an estimation of my calories, and it will be so high for my recommended calories. I tried to change the chosen food, but still because of 3 restaurants.

Should i stop worrying about food? and having one free day? i can't say no for my friends and family, and won't telling them "i am calculating my calories lool.

Nodaa... I think we all deserve a break sometimes!!! Tomorrow you should enjoy your day...however you chose to do it..and who knows maybe that will jumpstart you to losing the last stubborn lbs!! YAY you!!

One day is not going to kill your diet, but don't eat too much or you might get an upset stomach
