After 4.5 days on a juice diet, I lost 2 kgs. Started off at 66kg. After been off it for 2.5 days found one of the missing kilos and am back to 65kg. Time to get focussed again.
65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
