I guess i didn't follow as well as I thought! Up 5 lbs! Boo! Went to Red lobster for dinner..passed on biscuits, no croutons on salad...had broccoli and roasted veg on side...but the salmon new orleans was awesome...i love the tabasco buerre blanc they put on it! Oh well today is another day!
115.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some of that will be water weight because restaurant food is notorious for the amount of salt in their food. Drink some extra water.
