Bettween Lowering my calories, Exercising, and doing tummy vaccums, I have been able to see some progress! I am so grateful and I have been loving myself a lot lately. Thank you for all the support so far!

Look into a site called Model My Diet . It's free. You go on it and make a virtual model of yourself and as you log your weight in the model changes to reflect your losses. I find it fun!
