Eight pounds down!

I'm so proud of myself!
I just gotta keep recording my wieght, and exercizing.

I can't wait to fit in my old clothes again!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

I personally find that loggin in the food helped me more than logging the exercise. You dont accidentally exercise and change your numbers for the day! LOL One night I had a bite of this a bite of tha, but no actual dinner. But when I added up all thos bites, it was 350 calories! That was a BIG eye opener for me!
