Wow! It’s been years since I seen one of those fruits. Those are one of my favorites. They are super delicious and super food.

Yes they taste like sweet custard! I use a spoon to scoop it out of the shell and then slowly take out my seeds by mouth. The ripper the fruit, the sweeter it gets. This one was pretty ripe so the outer shell was pretty soft to open. After removing the seeds, had the sweet custard texture as well.
