Only day 2 of the 500 cal diet and I hate it. I am an exercise chick...once I get started doing it I"m good, but on this diet I can't do what I normally would. But at the end of Oct. I can increase my calories to 1000-1200, still really watch what I eat until of Nov (really until the end of time), but at that time I can exercise like a normal person. I"m still trying to get in a mile on the treadmill a day, but not go fast. I"m also going to start riding my bike a few miles a day and do some ab workouts. The Dr. warned me this wasn't the diet for me...he was right...I can lose up to 15lbs a month just watching what I eat and exercising, but yet I put myself through this torture....it's already paid for and I"m no quitter!! Wish me luck!
