I've decided to drop my RDI from 2500 to 1900. I really need to do at least 30 minutes of some form of exercise a day... not sure what it will be each day but it makes me wish I had a Wii or DDR game.
Also I quit smoking over a week ago(stopped on Nov 2). Last time I quit smoking for a year I gained a lot of weight because I believe I started eating in place of smoking... I think since I'm watching everything I eat now that maybe this time I'll have a chance to switch it around.

I am really leaning more towards the DDR(Dance Dance Revolution) idea since we already have a 360... maybe later on tonight I'll go see how expensive everything is..

Ok maybe it would teach me some rhythm too. Haha. Can not wait to see you when you get home.

Bought two DDR pads and 3 games for the 360... now we just have to wait a week or so to get the stuff.
Time to look up how many calories you burn using DDR.

Oh... just checked up on it and it seems that the DDR games register how many moves you perform, how fast that they were made, and using your body weight/build calculates how many calories you burn. Not sure how accurate they will be, but it suggests that if you do it for an hour on a high difficulty(very fast) then you could burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories.

That is amazing honey bunches! Glad we have our house. I am sure DDR would not have worked out very well in the apartment. haha.
