hello family! finally got to weigh in and I am at 188.4. I am so happy for myself because I'm finally getting there and I'm on the right track now. I've set a new goal weight for my birthday and that's going to be either 175 or 170. anywhere in that range. I'm so excited for the journey. let's do this! I'm going to start posting pictures of my meals again I'm more into my daily life. 👍🏻🏋️♀️
