Weigh in today...not as great as I wanted it to be, but I guess I cannot complain. I was out of town on business and had lots of business dinners in a city that has little opportunity to get nutritional facts.

Still lost a little over a pound, mini goal is near! Gonna kick it into high gear for next weeks weigh in.....ready.....set.......go!!!!!
