After having blisters from a cocoa trial I have decided to go onto a nickel free diet, to go along with my gluten free diet and of course Atkins LOL

Just as well the nickel and atkins ones work together....

OUCH!!!! Blister are no fun. What is cocoa trial? I didn't realize you were gluten intolerant? How is your exercising going with our personal coach Stef? I've done 2 days walking at home with Leslie Sansone plus 15 minutes of pilates. I'm really feeling it in the stomach tonight. It will probably be OUCH by morning.lol Are you still sleeping well? I sure hope so. It's no fun to be sleep deprived. Hope you have a wonderful day and keep me posted on the exercising.:)

What the heck happened to put you off nickel??? Burning your mouth on hot cocoa is no fu, no fun at all!! Hope it wasn't too bad!

no - I should have explained better. I was seeing if the nickel in cocoa caused my fingers to blister LOL. And it did. So no more hot chocolate, or tinned food, or a huge list of other foods LOL. Haven't heard from Coach Stef about my training :/ Am starting to sleep a little better - dreamt last night our house was demolished totally in an aftershock LOL. That will teach me not to watch earthquake footage just before sleeping....

wow squiggs how do you walk for that long the 40 min i do is enough to leave me hatting my tredmill! do like the kettlebell though! honk honk!

The hour long walks are to hubby's work to pick him up and we walk home together which is nice. The 4 hour one, well we are addicted to taking photos and we have huge gardens in our city to walk around and it is all so pretty and tranquil and fabulous and you don't even notice how long you have been walking for. I have been thinking about a kettlebell, but we are just purchasing Photoshop CS5 and that is all I can buy for a long long time now LOL
