I've been failing these 2 previous weeks. It is hard to admit it, but it's been my lack of compromise. I try to deny it saying it's because of stress, or bad mood, or my PMS, or because of vacations or holidays... but.. no.
It's my lack of compromise.
It's MY responsibility.
I have to commit.

Ponky, we all mess up from time to time. All you have to do is refocus yourself!! You have to want it!!! Try to figure out why you let yourself slip a little. You are right also in that you do have to commit yourself to this weight loss. If you really want to lose, you will fight for it, and fight hard!! Any thing worth having is worth fighting for, or working hard for!! I believe in you, and I know that you can get back on track and get the job done!! I'm with you all the way!!!

Good job on taking personal responsibility. I know that stress can cause me to eat too much and unhealthy. Self-awareness on your part is the first step. You can do this- Let's stick together on this and move forward together ! :)
