5 pound gain in 3 days. Big learning curve this weekend tailgating at Penn State. 1) I forgot my phone at home to track my food intake all weekend. 2) I need to measure out my food choices & keep it separate, so that I know exactly how much I actually consumed. I snacked & picked all weekend. At 1:00 AM Friday night I splurged & had 2 slices of pizza. I did want wings to stay on the low carb side, but at that time of the night on University Ave at Happy Valley Brother's Pizza was limited to pizza, pizza, or pizza. That was the first pizza I had since starting Yoli 3 months ago. Next time I'll just pull off the cheese. I did good with drinks for the most part. I had light beer, vodka & tequilla (not all at the same time! LOL) The only time I was weak was when I was offered beer at a friend's tailgate. 3) I did try to drink more water, but could have drank even more.
I know not to freak out. These "Free Weekends" help jump start my metabolism & the couple pounds gain will be just a memory by next weekend.
