Day 1 of getting back on my fitness journey
I’m very prepared... it’s just a matter of sticking to it
I have put away all my unhealthy food that was left over.
I bought healthy food. I then cut up and froze the food.
I have made a food timetable.
There really is no excuse this time.
I’m aiming for a whole perfect month.
I’ll be doing weigh ins on Mondays.
