around 621 calories...more or less...more likely more.but today was better. even though i ate twice as many calories, i felt better. people told me i looked better(my face;not pale,no baggy puffy eyes).i think im gaining weight.i feel bigger and thicker and poofed out. i cant gain weight. thats not why i am here. but thats beside the point.
breakfast isnt even worth mentioning..actually it is...
1 slice of Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat bread(lightly toasted.plain). 1/10 of a cup of Fiber Select Cereal with 1/8 of a cup of Skim Milk.1/4 cup of cantaloupe and 1/4 cup of egg whites.

dinner

2 1/2 strawberries(halved)
1 slice of Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
27 (1 cup or so) of FRESH steamed brussels sprouts
4 oz of wild steamed alaskan(or atlantic) salmon
2 baby carrots,3 slices of cucumber,1 slice of tomato, and 1/4 cup of romaine(small salad)

in your opinion..is this a healthy dinner. i feel that i covered my servings well(i hope)

That is a healthy dinner, but, you still need more calories, to be healthy. Even if you get to a 1,000 calories, you will lose weight, but you won't be starving your body. You ARE doing so much better!

Wheres the most important meal of the day,... breakfast? If you think only eating a healthy dinner is "good for you",... think again. Most good nutritionist will tell you to eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up and running strong. SMALL meals FREQUENTLY is key. Have a small bowl of oatmeal w/some blueberries for breakfast, a piece of fruit and a cheese stick for a snack, you can do this... eat healthy, all day, not just a dinner. Dinner sounds great, and yesterdays was too. Veggies are key, as well! Yes, eat them!!! Get some ff yogurts, celery, cucumbers, carrots, red peppers, tomatoes, green beans, broccoli...load up them veggies! :) Good to hear you are "looking" better. Healthy has a nice glow!
