Yesterday, I wrote a journal which was not published at all. Anyway let me just repeat that. I did planks for 60 seconds for the first time. My core is getting stronger and I am really really proud of me. On an unrelated topic, I think I have almost learnt how to drive and thats something else to be proud of.

I measure myself for the first time in my life and I am happy I did that.
Below are the measurements:-
Chest= 39.5 inches
Upper belly= 36 inches
Lower belly= 42 inches
Hips= 43.5 inches
Arm= 13 inches
Thigh= 27.2 inches

I will keep updating every week. And in this week, I will recieve my weighing machine, so I can tell my accurate weight too. Lets just keep up our fitness goals. Cheers!

Which exercise are you doing? Are you using the lose weight app? If so im also using it for 3 weeks but didn't saw changes..plz tell me if you do something else also. Thank you.

@ashurbuland143 I do from loose weight app, loose belly fat app (intermediate completed, now doing hard), and also from 21 days app (Leg fat burning exercises which I completed yesterday). Most of the days I do all 3. And yes, I would like to say that diet also plays a very important role.

same bro im on advanced level and 5 days are left in completion but am not seeing any changes..

@asharbuland143 Well. Firstly, I am a girl, so it works for me. And I also use 2 more apps. And also I keep my diet strict. Everybody's body type is different. So maybe you can try Chloe Ting. Or maybe talk to a fitness expert. And also, take your measurements because sometimes we gain muscle weight.
