We have joined a gym, and it has been a month. One month of at least 5 days a week working out in some way or another. No real wight loss, but there has been fat loss. And I am definitely getting more fit, since I have to up the level of my machine workouts.

But this might be a good weight week. I am at my lowest for a Monday I think ever. I normally record my weigh ins on Friday, so this might be good.
