Walked 30 minutes at 4.0. Exercise video 30 minutes using 10 pound weights. Going to the store to get a kettle ball.

Don't know how much bragging I'll be doing. I'm sure I'll be complaining about how sore I am. We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
