Hi, Didn't have a Picture for dinner because I just got back from a bike ride and my stepmom made me some pancakes, sausage, and an egg. I was really hungry and forgot to take a picture. Also I don't really know what it it was in it so I just kind of rounded it up on the calories. I'm trying to change to a more active day, and I like to bike everyday.
