Oh my goodness guys I lost 2kg!!!!!! I did not think it was ever possible but I’m really proud because at least I did something right!
I also had a dream last night about someone who came to me and said that even though they lost a lot of weight, they weren’t half as happy as they thought they were gonna be. So just a reminder to stay happy since life is too short, and that you are worthy of happiness and love no matter what your weight is!
