Very light and cooks in 90 seconds 😀

1 tablespoon unsalted butter (if using salted, omit the salt) pinch of fine salt 1 large egg 1 tablespoon coconut flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Melt butter (I used vitalite) in microwave. Allow to cool slightly. Mix everything in until smooth. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (might vary in different microwaves) RAMEKIN WILL BE HOT Let it cool slightly, mine tipped out but if not loosen by running knife round. Cut crosswise to create two slices.
