today was a horrible day. i ate approximately 593 calories(more most likely).I feel like i gained 5 lbs which i hope i didnt but you never know. i feel absolutely disgusting in terms of the way i look. NOTHING CHANGED! how do i lose this fricking fat on my pudge dammit! i need help...starting tomorrow im eating 500 or less...no more 700....if i want to keep losing weight and looking BETTER, i have to cut down.i dont give a frick what my parents say or think, this is my decision.

BUT I CANT!!!!!! i just cant do it. im gonna gain wieght. im gonna gain it all back

If you eat less than 1000 calorie, you will GAIN, as your body thinks that you're starving, and it will store everything as Fat that you eat, to store up to help your body survive. Honey, please see a dietitian or get to a gym so that they can help you to sculpt your body. Eat healthy foods in the right calorie range of 1000-1200 and you'll operate efficiently. Your BRAIN needs the fat and calories, too. Please, do not do damage to your body, that could set you up for a lifetime of health troubles and permanent damages. Find a teacher or counselor that you trust. :)

I know Im not near as small as you but I can tell you I only got healthy and lost weight efficiently when I ate MORE in volume just low caloric foods. Broiled fish, cabbage, zucchini, squash... I could eat 4 meals a day of those items and be in about 900 cals if that. My point though...you have to be eating to keep your metabolism up and your health, otherwise what you're losing is muscle and bone!!! Sad but true. I suggest keeping a food diary here. We'll help you out.

yeah, like thats what i do. i eat a bunch of low calorie stuff..which only adds up to a few hundred..

if you don't eat enough your body is going to hang on to anything and everything it can-water,fat,you name it. i didn't start losing weight until i upped my calorie intake with my exercise by eating more of the right things.bully is right you NEED 1000-1200 cal's a day to be where you need to be.and you have to exercise to get rid of any pudge. you first lose fat from the last place you store it,and where you store it first,example-belly fat,comes off last.don't give up,if you stick to a healthy lifestyle you will succeed.starving yourself is not healthy.
