this is one of those weeks where i don't understand how i lost. i pigged out a lot. but maybe it makes a difference when you're pigging out on fruits and veggies?
i'm hoping to be below 200 next week. i haven't been since i stopped growing. this is actually the lowest i've weighed since i stopped growing.
