Haha.. Nah... Keto is too much for me,😆 I’m trying to control the net carb 60g a day lately

The human body still needs carbohydrates. The carbohydrates of the low-carb diet method should not be less than 50g a day, otherwise just go keto😆 I remember below 50 or less, the body will start to have a ketogenic reaction?🤔

There is medical evidence that we don't need carbohydrates. I've known others who have been on a carnivore diet for years. They're healthy as. I myself do a low carb healthy fat diet. I'm the fittest and healthiest I have ever been.
