I learnt 2 very important sign that you need to lose some weight:

1. When your stomach comes out past your boobs!
2. When your belt buckle starts to face the floor!

Funny thing is that both apply to me, I had to laugh ;-)

I have the problem that my stomach comes out past my boobs, that is funny LOL

Lol! that is funny. Was one of the reasons I had to get real. Stood in my shower and couldn't see my feet and my boop was bigger than my boobs. Soooo not ok. Getting smaller now but still it's still the same:( Sooo far to go but getting there!
