DAY 14
10 pounds down! I really didn't expect to lose this much on the second week. Normally, I tend to get big drops every other week, and the other week I barely lose anything. It all evens out, but its a little disheartening. I definitely like this better lol.
Today is food prep day. I started making a pork loin, but it was fucking rotten - So annoying and it happens way too often from Aldi. So no pork this week, but I have plenty of chicken breast and ground turkey, so I'm good. I also want to make my Slow Cooker Frittata for breakfasts - They were so tasty! What else... I'm going to roast some cauliflower and make turkey taco meat for salads. I also bought some little treats for myself - Just a taste, no going overboard!
