Setahun 8 bln mungkin weight loss nya...dari 143kg ke 67kg...sekarang lg naikin masa otot...masih belajaran nih bro...butuh banyak bimbingan...terutama bimbingan ngerem makan...huahahaha...mau nurunin bodyfat tp godaan banyak....gimana dong ini...hahahahaha

Olah raganya apa aja yg penting rutin...kalau aku sekarang rutin maen dumbell dirumah...paling irit...ga usah ngegym jauh2....pandemi jg aman....kalau sebelum pandemi biasanya sama badminton....kalori?kalau kalori tiap org beda2 dong tergantung tdee,bmr dan tujuannya....mau defcal,maintain atau bulking?...macronya jg menyesuaikan tergantung tujuannya....jd input kaloriku ga bisa jd patokan...semua punya input kalori sendiri2...hehehehehe

Dah lama....weightloss nya dah 2 tahun lalu mungkin....ini tinggal main2 atur kalori buat bentuk otot aja....hiahahahaha....kalau dah nakal makan kelewatan mulai liat foto2 lama gini buat warning diri sendiri..hahahaha
